Help - Terrain Masks won't work / show up

Yes, it's me again. I swear I'll get this right eventually.





Once again I have a problem that no amount of tutorial/helpthread grinding can seem to solve. Everyone else says it's fast and easy to do a terrain mask.

I have two that I've checked over and over and over again for problems. There appears to be none, but neither of them work. The map continues to use just one texture.

Just one.

It's not even a black texture, just the plain grass one, but I can't get any of my maps to recognize the terrain masks. What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure your using a correct file type to upload to the terrain. Not all files can be used make sure you save it as a correct terrain file then it may fix your problem.
