I have a little problem..

I'm entering my password and username, and, it's not letting me log on (It's saying 5 missentered information results into a 15 minute ban).

I dont know if I haven't been able to do something? (Just made the account), or I really am not entering the information correctly.  I'm certain I am.

Are you sure your putting in your username and not your forum name?

We've been having a problem with new users lately...

Make sure your password doesn't include any numbers,

Keep trying to rechange your password via your profile on the forum.

If none of this works, try recreating an account with a smaller username, long ones have been troublesome as well it seems.
