FH crahses when I'm on Reds Map

Ok, I started to send a message to a friend, when all of a sudden, the game crashed on me and I believe the others who were in there. Everytime I go back into the map, I can't send a message because the game crashes and then my character starts running on air. Can somebody please help? Thanks!

Generally its a server problem, you need to switch characters and maps for a while before switching back.

The servers packed right now, gonna be crashing in the more strainable maps.
