FH+ won't work for a friend. Please help if you can?

So we've tried pretty much everything I can think of to get FH+ to work on a friend's computer, but nothing's worked yet.  She has normal FH and the patch downloaded and they work, but no matter what we do her background remains black when she plays on FH+.  Can anyone think of any ideas that could help fix this?

If those things don't work then it's probably because fh+ is currently having some bug issues and glicth issues. You may have to just wait until it is updated so the bugs and glitches are fixed. This same thing happens to many other people too so it's not just you. (Happened to me -_-)

Yeah, so far it's not really working. ><  I mean, the game will play alright for me, but not for my friend.  But anyway if that is the real issue, how will we know when it's updated? (I don't come onto the forums that often...))

Okay, I don't mean to double post, but we tried what Stephen suggested, and well... she can talk to people and see everyone and whatnot, but there's no background. o.o  What in the world is going on?

When it has been updated which may be awhile, i will pm you so as soon as you get on you can see it. And like I said, it doesn't work for everyone but for some people it does. It worked on my dell inspiron (it broke -_-) but it won't work on my windows pc, which is currently updated
