Flourite shut down my FH

 Hi i have a problem with Flourite. It just sodenly failed on me and now i cant go on any of my Chars on Flourite. Is this a major joke cause if it is im not happy. What do i do please tell me. Do i re-Download FH or what??!!. I was on my char and it come up with " Feral Heart has stoped working Please wait till we find the problem."!! Please tell me i dont want to deleat everything. This happend at 1:49 am Aus time!!
