Not Able To Log In?

I just joined FH, and when I went to log into it, it said my username or password was wrong, but I`m 100% sure that I`m typing it in right. Can anyone help me?

Do you have symbols in your name or password? I had to create a new account because my password had symbols in it and the game wouldn't recognize it.

Well, there is a space in my username....Would that effect it?

Possibly, but I'm not totally sure.

I just made a new account (the one I`m on right now) and it works perfect, so I guess that`s what it was.

Could be the length of the username all together causing issues in this case.

That and that beause numpad does not work in the game, only the numbers above the letters, the password is also caps lock sensitive which means you must put big letters where it's big, and small where it's small depending on how you registered your password.
