Missing textures and crashes

I just downloaded FeralHeart yesterday, and I had a problem a few other people seem to have, but I can't find a working solution for me. The game loads perfectly fine, I can log in, pick my character, background's there, lalala, but when I hit start game it'll load and then crash. Just now I noticed that if I give my character wings they show up completely black, and when I looked in the "textures" folder, there wasn't a wing texture there, only shading for them. I've tried a re-install and restarting my computer, neither had an effect. If anyone else had this problem and was able to fix it, I would really love the help!

Try re-installing your game. It works 50% of the time.

I've already tried that a couple of times, but I'll try it again just so I can say I tried. xD
