Looking for map program

Ok so i know there are programs to generate height maps for feral heart.What i want to know though is the name of a program.Im used to use one starting with the letters "TT" i just forgot the rest.If anyone has an idea of what program im talking about please reply back.

Hmm,Never have heard of one starting like that.  may have but I haven't.

Gimp(Free!!!!) <--Ish Awesome

Well u can easily use paint programs like Gimp pr Photoshop. I know old one i used before i started drawing my own was L3DT a program that shows 3D wise ur terrain, but never truly comes out smooth looking~
