Alright hello there everyone! My friend and I have a slight problem. I recently just made a preset for him to wear in game, so I gave him all the .jpg files (head, body, etc) along with the material file. He placed them in the right folder apparently because he can see the preset in-game. However, when he gave me the exported file, I cannot see the preset in-game. We have tried re-downloading it and such, but it still doesn't work. Is there something that we are perhaps missing? Thank you!

Might be simple, but you put the preset file that he gave you in the "presets" folder rather than the "my presets" folder, correct?

I even tried to export a new preset in the folder where the initial preset used to be, but I still cannot see the preset on him.

Does the username of your friend have a space in the username? If so, then you will never be able to see a preset of him. It is not working if someone has a space in his username.
