My avatar ^ ^ Fixed! But still another question...

Ok, so I want to change my Avatar to this:

It's a PNG file just like my current Avatar, but you can't see the one I have really... that's why I want to change it. It says that the file is to big, but I've made it smaller three different times (This is the original).

So can I know the dimensions of the Avatar so I can make it in Photoshop?

It has been Fixed! But I'd still like to know dimension sizes for the future...

100 x 100 pixels max size for the avatar.
750 x 300 is max size for the signature.
