Help with Feral Heart +!

I just dowloaded Feral Heart +. It worked when my dad loaded it on his account, but when I tried using it on my account, it was horrible! You could see the login, then the options and such, but everything was black! Is there anyway to fix it? Please help!  :'(

There's how to fix.

I don't recommend FH+ right now though. Is full of bugs. Stick to regular for easier run through and for less problems.

No problem, if can't handle with that tutorial, though, do recommend the regular.

 :( i have the FH+ folder but it says either a ranom language or some randome letters! here is some words i cropied and pasted:
