Need some help please

ok, my old laptop decided it was time to died on me... so i've been trying to download Fh on my new windows 7 laptop but everytime it downloads i get this.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled about three three times and i get the same thing.  i checked my DirectX and i have the version 11... and i also checked the display and everything is enable. so what do i do?

Hmm sounds like there must be something wrong with your directX. Maybe it's possible that the version of DirectX you have is uncompatible with FH. What did you have on your old laptop that you don't have on your new laptop?

im really not sure.. i had a window visa laptop and the directX and fh was just fine... i can get my old one to turn on but nothing shows up on the screen. so i really cant answer that question sorry.

Try going to the DirectX website and updating your current version.

DirectX version 11 is the newest update for that on windows 7... i have that already. -sighs-

When reinstalling are you deleting your old Feral Heart folder before reinstalling the game?

yes, i am. I do that right before i reinstall it.

You might have gotten a bad installler, can happen I think.

Try redownloading the latest game set up, if you haven't already.

it did it again.. i usually can figure things out like this but i have no clue on this -shrugs-
