Custom Map Help

Sorry if this has already been posted. I couldn't find it. I exported one of my custom maps but when I went to cape of distant worlds and went into the portal for my map you know how it does the loading screen with a picture well it sits on that for a while then says failed to connect to map server and no matter how many times I click retry it won't work. Now my character is stuck like in the astral plane :3 (small joke) anyway someone please help. And thank you in advanced!

The server probably just needs a restart. For now all you can do is wait, or.. if you want you can remove the map from your list, by going into map maker, checking the 'Has Portal', then go into your exports folder and remove the map files. That way you can get your character out faster.

As Ramine stated, the server will need a restart to get you out, and this is only occurring right now with so many people because of server problems and maintenance.

Yeah I have this problem and I've planted like 95% of my characters in custom maps and cant get to them x3.

Well The server was reset and there's still no change though. Hope we can get a word from Razmirz since he knows what he's is talking about and what's going on.

Aye, all can be done is to wait for maintenance and sorting out of issue to be over.

Yep, same thing's happening here. I logged off of Jayheart (Warrior OC) late last night after some RPing in a map. Today I couldn't get on her at all; or any other character I have in a map. :c It'll probably be fixed soon. :3
