Go into map maker. Export your map. It will then list out the files that it's creating.
Secondly, go into your exports folder, and select /all/ of the files that was exported with your map. Copy them.
Go into your documents folder, and create a new folder. Name it what your map name is, go into it, and paste all of your FHO/FHM/FHS files that were exported into it.
If you don't have WinRar yet, it's a free download, and can be found by going to Google and typing in "WinRar Free Trial". The Soft32 website is near the top and the most reliable. Install this program.
Once you've all your files (Including any MP3 files if you included music) go back to your documents folder, and find the map folder you created.
Right click the folder, and hit "Add to archive". It'll bring up another menu, on the left hand side, you'll see an option to make the file either "Rar" or "Zip". Zip is more common, so select that one.
Hit continue, and it will create for you a Zip folder of your map. This is what you will need to upload to your MediaFire account.
