I don't know if its just me, but I lag REALLY bad. And I see other people running around and my friends see them too, but for some reason we are never where we are supposed to be to each other. (Sorry if the last part is confusing)

No, it's not confusing. The server is having a bit of trouble at the moment so you can expect these things. I don't know how long it will be like this, but be patient and it will get back to normal.

Same here is happening, you're not alone. The server's been going down quite a bit, but never fear, the staff's got to be on it. It's a shame that so many people just complain about this instead of waiting patiently and thanking the staff once it's fixed. Tsk, tsk.

In the meantime you could try turning your water reflection off and have the viewing distance and minimum. You can change these in options>video
