I am able to log in to where I can see the podium where my characters are, but the moment I try to use any of them (especially the ones that are in the plains) FH immediately crashes.
What can I do about this?

The map might be down, you didn't give us many details, so atm I can only say you should be patient. ^^'

Maybe try re-installing the game?

Poor FH users :I...I have two to 3 months to log in...Just because my dad made a HUGE mistake and now I have to be patient -_--sleeps-Wake me up when the game is better and tell my dad to wake me up when the internet connection change.-sleeps deeply-
