Preset trouble :(

Hello, I recently started making presets, I Made a character for this RP, exported it, Uploaded the .fhp file to media fire, got two different people to download it and they couldn't see it, Them and I restarted the game and it still didn't work. I tried re-exporting it and getting them to download the new one, they still couldn't see it.
Please help me, thanks.

Make sure they're putting it in the presets folder.

I am having the same problem as well, i've looked everywhere for the solution but nothing has worked.
Ive: re-exported it, tried it on a diff account, tried it one a different computer, tried changing the file types.
And im sure they have put it in the right folders, since the preset wont even work when i use my own two computers to see it.
Nothing.
So it might be Feral hearts problem?
Since private maps only just started working again.

Can you not get it to load in the preset maker? You may have to tamper with the material file if you haven't already. Generally people forget to do this in most cases.

I can get it to load in preset maker, and play it in game.
Its just others seeing it is the problem.
I have also tried messing with the material file, and nothing.
Even the defaults arnt working,

So you haven't checked to see if its others that aren't placing files correctly?

Could always try reinstalling your game, might be missing something.

And i have checked to see if others are placing it correctly.

Does your username have weird symbols that cannot be in a file name?
Like, my user is Ruby1234, and since a file can't contain these symbols:
\ / : * ? ' < > |
Having any of these (or some others) make it impossible for the file to be named correctly.

Also, if you last logged in as,
Ruby1234
for example,
and you export your preset,
it will be Ruby1234_{NUMBER}.fhp

Now I must log in as Ruby1234,
not
ruby1234
or
RUBY1234
or anything different.

My user has a space.
Demonic Angel. I usually keep it typed up the exact same with capitals and such so that wouldn't be an issue.
So maybe its because of the space in my user?
