None Working Preset

Can anyone tell me why when I export a preset, it never works? When I send the exported file to other people, and they place it in the presets folder, they still cant see me. Any clue as to why?

This seems to be happening to a lot of people lately... I'm not sure why. Are you sure everything was done (files placed/saved/etc) correctly on both sides?

Positive. See I just made a preset for my friend. It didnt work for me, but when I sent her the files to her preset, it worked for her.
