I need help, please! How do I get to a map?

So I'm joining the find a mate RP (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=8506.0), but I have no idea how to access the map OTL //fail
Is anybody willing to explain it to me step by step? ; v ; I've already downloaded the map and moved the files to the Feral Heart folder, I just have no idea how to get into the actual map.
