my fh crashed but because of a map D: and i need to know how to uninstall programs to see my preset!

So what happened? did the game crash when you entered the map or did it crash before it started?
If it crashed before the game even started go to C:/Feralheart/Media/particles and delete all files with a _0, _1, _2, _# at the end. if no files are like that then don't delete anything. And check C:/Feralheart/Media/Sky for files like that.
If it crashed because of the map then it's something with the map so maybe make a new character.
And you mean uninstalling Feral-Heart? Try those two things above first before having to uninstall.

but i cant even get to the TITLE SCREEN!

Ok then this is what you do:
1. Go to C:/FeralHeart/Media/Particles.
2. Check to see if there are files that have _0, _1.
3. Delete those files.
4. Go to C:/FeralHeart/Media/Sky
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
6. Start game again.

Then I guess try to uninstall the game and reinstall it. Here are the instructions, follow them closely.
1. Go in C:/FeralHeart.
2. Copy these folders: Exports, Media, my_presets, presets, screenshots. (Do this so you won't lose your maps/presets/textures/etc)
3. In a different folder (ex: desktop/documents/another folder that is not the FeralHeart folder) paste these folders.
4. Go back to C:/FeralHeart
5. Uninstall the game by clicking on "unins000", follow those directions.
6. After it is done uninstalling, delete the FeralHeart folder (and empty the recycle bin)
7. Download and install FeralHeart again.
8. After it's done installing, go back to the folder you pasted the five folders and copy those folders again.
9. Paste them in C:/FeralHeart and let them overwrite everything.
10. Start the game again.
Hopefully it will work now, if not make a board in the Game Help thread. Maybe a moderator or someone else will be able to help you with your problem.
