HELP PLEASE

When my girlfriend went too in general log onto the game. (Like it would load, music plays and all ) Her screen would mess up. Like it would get so bad she couldn't see anything. Screen turns black. ? Why is this? Is it the game or her computer? Do you think her computer would work better with FH+? Or IT?

This can be solved by changing the rendering subsystem. Just go into options, then the video tab, then change it to the one that isn't selected. It's not a certain fix, this is just what I would suggest trying.

How do you get to the options?

if you are online, press escape, if you have yet to log in, then the options should be one of the buttons under log in and tools.

Like if you are looking at the Game Icon on your desk. She can't turn the game on and start it up without her computer screwing up.

go into the feral heart folder, should be found in Computer > C: and open it. Inside should be a file called ogre. Open this in notepad. It should open up and have some cody stuff in it. The first line is what has to be changed. if it says:

Render System=Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem

Change it to:

Render System=OpenGL Rendering Subsystem

and vice versa.
