Certain ears are not showing

When i get on feral heart and i look at warrior cats and lions with ears under, and Caracal Ears they dont show on there charries and it get so annoying to ask them what ears they have This is only on felines.

Did you try a reinstall? Seems to me like you're missing some files.

I really wish to know how it disapeared from the list, since i believed that teorically is not possible.

looks like corrupted data of the game, i suggest to reinstall.

Even deleting the ears models, they dont dissapear from the list, they just dont show.
