Preset showing up white in game!

Okay, so I made a preset for a friend of mine. She says it's working and showing up in Preset Maker, but after she exported it, it won't shpw up in game, when she wants to customize her character. She says it's pure white.
For me, it's working just fine, so I have no clue why it's not working for her.
Any ideas?

Maybe the preset wasn't exported properly. Ask her to go to the 'Presets' (NOT the my_presets) folder, and check if there is any file called 'Yourfriend'susername_arandomnumber.fhp'.

Actually,

When you export a preset, your username has to be typed in EXACTLY like you signed up with.

For example; I have to have CloudFish in the sign in box. I can't have cloudfish or Cloudfish. It has to match the way it is on my account.

Also if there's a space in her username, she may have more problems.
