wont let me log in

I am new to the game and i try to log in to play the game and it keeps saying its the wrong password or username i checked them again and tryed it again pressing each key for my password and username. After that it still didnt work when i log on at the website it goes on fine but on the game i cant get on.

Make sure there are no symbols or unknown letters in your username or password. If you have capital letters in your username or password, you need to type 'em that way. If nothing works, then change your password. c:
