FH Isn't Working,Even With The Server Online!

Every time I open FH,It keeps malfunctioning and it stops working.After telling the publishers,then it automaticly stops working.'Feral Heart has stopped working.' And it closes the program.I can't figure any way to fix this,I didn't select anything for that Feral Heart screen showing you which Rendering System etc.It won't work,I can't get it to work at all.I tried reinstalling.Nothing worked.

When you uninstalled, did you also completely delete the folder with it?

Aye this is because we have so many users on at the moment, if you look at the top of the forums here, its says there are 848 users on. Which is a lot, most of them are usually in fluorite which causes a huge crash for most people. If there are too many people on the server might crash, which is probably why you do. Maybe stay in a place with less people. This may reduce it. This problem is occurring to many people so dont worry. i Hope this helped ^^

Some times the system malfunctions. All you need to do is wait a while, while your computer fixes the problem on its own. Maybe something is wrong with your WiFi. If you have wireless internet, unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in, its sure to work ^^.

Still won't work even after a day.Restarted,reinstalled.I cannot get on.

THE SERVER IS NOT FULL.I've gotten on once and 945 players were playing!Worked marvelous!I did not delete the folder.Only the game...Thingy.It won't work.It simply,will NOT work.I can even stream and I will prove.It comes up and shows the makers of the game,but then it gives an error message and the screen goes white.I don't know what's wrong.

I have that problem too mine frozed my WHOLE COMPUTER along with my mouse everything frozed once I opened it.. right at the time when it frozed was when I saw the black Command Prompt like it usually pops up.. after I clicked OK when I was done configuring the settings. Hmm what happened? I removed the folder and reinstalled...nothing is working. Like how Cheshire said. You are not alone. Removed the folder and then re-installed. Still not working. Restored my computer to an older time..still not working..Hmm for some reason FH worked BEFORE I installed Comodo Dragon Firewall. I heard it was the best Firewall..I do not know. Then I scanned my whole computer for viruses. Found a Rootkit...Dangerous.. I am panicking!

OH WOW FINALLY WORKING the problem was that my Comodo Firewall has blocked it in random segments O_O

But....Wouldn't the folder...Doesn't it hold my info and if I delete it,then my account gets deleted from FH?What are you saying by remove?And I have no Firewall on,it blocks everything.If by remove,you mean delete?I don't understand.I'm not mechanical and I am NOT good with computers.And,I can't even do a freaking EASY preset. Dx

All your account information is stored on the server. If you delete all your FH stuff on your computer everything will; be fine, including your characters. Just save any maps and presets that don't come with the game elsewhere so you can put them back in.

I would also like to mention, to those people who think a not responding message is because the server is full, or bad WiFi, that is not the case what so ever, not even close. Not responding is basically an error message, something went wrong, and it had to shut down. This pops up before you even connect to the server too, so it has nothing to do with internet or server. It is also not a ban, you'd log in and get a message specifically saying you are banned and for how long.

Sorry for getting a little off topic there, but everyone seems to believe not responding is a internet thing, or being banned, and it isn't.
