I got banned for 2 days at first, then 1 year when i tryed to log on again??

So i got banned for 2 days and when i tryed to log on with a different account and restarted feralheart it said i got banned for 1 year, and i did not even get one warning? I know i would get banned because we were swearing a little so my friends probably got banned too i think...  But 1 year...? What do i do i started playing this game 2 days ago and i was really into it...
