I'd say just seek out rp's, try to make friends. Make yourself a cub character or a puppy character and invite people to play "Tag" with you (I've done this before).
However, I want to take this oppurtunity to give a little advice. Don't sit in one place and at the top of your lungs shout "Why does everyone hate me??? ??" I can't tell you how many people I've see try this, and every time it drives me nuts and makes me want to
avoid that person rather than befriend them. Don't try to force people to be sorry for you. Just be friendly and nice and get involved. And, of course, have fun.
