My characters.

when i play the game, mine and other peoples characters are turning out white on my screen, on my sisters account some aren't as white, but on my account all the characters have white bodies, white heads,  idk why but if you guys can help it was be awesome :)

Sounds like missing some markings

Try reinstalling your game.

I don't believe this can be related to accounts. Most likely is a problem with the installation of FeralHeart.
The magic fix is to reinstall.

But maybe your sister is using a marking pack that you don't have already installed, you should ask her ;)

Yay! I reinstalled it and i was afraid i would loose all my characters and groups etc, but i didn't :) Thanks guys you were a real help. Everything is fixed :) Thanks again :)

Characters, friend list, groups, are all stored at server, they will not lost.
