i need help

Sorry if i'm hard to understand XD.It's my mom's computer^^'. It's about 6 years old. I dunno what sort it is but on it's main box thingy(i forgot what its called sorry)is written eBOX. The screen is Samsung and my mom says that even after ^ years it still works fine.

Okies. It might be your graphics card. When you installed, did DirectX update properly?

Yes it did and i don't think it's my graphics card because it was fixed recently. It made a buzzing sound when i played Spore(it's a game)or Sims. But it doesn't anymore^^.

Fixing a buzzing sound doesn't mean it will sort out the visuals though.

Latest time we had a patch was back in December, this patch updated the whole Ogre engine that the game was running on to a newer version. Some users might need to update their graphic card drivers in order for it to work, and some that has really old computers might not be able to run it at all even though they used to due to some changes to the engine used.

You "MUST" make sure that you have the more recent graphics card drivers installed because it's most likely the reason why the game looks weird or glitches on you. Hopefully you have a graphics card that's easy to update, and if you do not know how to do this yourself, possibly ask someone that knows how to do it.

If the game would still have visual glitches after the graphics card update, it could be the hardware not being able to draw the game properly.
