From my research so far, the definiton of the Exception (9) - Unimplemented is that it has not been put into operation/service. This could mean a multiple of things, such as the code in the Notepads needs altering/changing/renamed. This I do not know very well as i've not encountered that kind of problem.
Previous history of this code has been posted onto Feral Heart before. I believe it should be something that you may have to talk to Red (redlinelies <-- User) about.
I may recommend that you reinstall the patch for Feral Heart, this might help you out a bit, if the problem continues, speak to Red.
Do not spam him with questions though, plus he may be offline, if so, you may have to wait till he gets back on.
