Preset not showing up

More preset trouble ^^" I gave someone the file to see my preset but they cant see it. They put the file in the right place and restarted their game but still nothing. Anyone know why and how to fix this?

Did you make sure you only gave them the right .fhp file you exported? Sometimes it can be the wrong one on accident and that could be the problem.

Check on how you exported it, presets are picky with usernames. Example

my username is Ouuka  but if i export it as ouuka  with a lower case o No one can see my presets. You must export it exactly as ur username is caps and all~

Presets? No Problem! All Ya Gotta Do For That Is Make Sure You Export It With The CORRECT User Name [Caps And All] To Make Sure That's Right Type In Your User Name At The Log-in Page And On The Presets Name, After You Export it Make Sure You Give Them The .material File As Well ^.^ Or To Make Things Easier Give them The Hole Entire File [example - "Preset9"]
