No replies for PM's...

I have Pmed a staff member or two about something, but I havent had ANy replies. It has been, lets say, 2-3 months?
I also have my reasons for not posting in a help section.

But IS there any staff member I could PM, and get a reply back? Thankyou!

Well the staff are very very busy, they DO read your messages if they are reports, and they do get to it. Although, if they are chat messages or something, again, they are super busy and arent able to Reply. If it is something about the game you need help for, or a complaint, they will usually reply. There isnt really a solution for this. Sorry dear.

The issue in your case would most likely be your name. Because there are multiple Madison's, any messages sent to you would more than likely be sent to a different Madison on the forum. In my case, if I see a Username that would more than likely send the username to the wrong person, I don't reply, because I have gotten rude messages in reply from messages that have sent to the wrong user, and the person I'm trying to talk to probably won't receive the message any way. Change your username to a unique one, and replies will get through.

Profile> Account related settings

then just put in a new username (check in the members > search for members to make sure there aren't duplicates) and put your password in the section at the bottom and hit change profile
