When i type my password it sais u got banned! help!

I write my username then i do my password i type it it sais *incorret username or password* if i type them write!
But tell me how to fix this

Have you been in-game before?

If so, double check you caps-lock and make sure you enter the right password.


 If not, try making a new account with a shorter password, no spaces, and only letters and numbers. Do not use the numpad.

That would be your problem, why not try changing your password through your account settings?
