Frostpath shook his head " I'm not hungry. Just bored. " he carelessly batted at a scrap of moss from his nest, looking much as a kit would play with it. He swatted it up in the air lazily "how long am I gonna be stuck in here?"

Rosetail thought for a moment before answering Frostpath's question.  "It depends how well your leg heals up.  Pray to Starclan and stretch your leg now and then and I'm sure you'll be up and running soon Frostpath."  She meowed, poking her head out of the den to see the dawn sun reaching towards the sky.

Frostpath rolled on his back, looking at the sun peaking from the trees. " I am allowed to come out of the medicine cat's den arent I?" He questioned. Frostpath didnt like being stuck anywhere to long, made him feel closterphobic.

As the she-cat crawled out of her den, she decided to check-in on Frostpath. "Everything going smooth?" She questioned Rosetail. "Should I make arrangements for a temporary deputy? Gosh may Starclan bless you for taking on this hard challenge, the both of you. I hope that everything will work out fine. Do you guys need anything?" Vergestar was anxious to know if her deputy was okay, after all, she kinda liked him.

((Recap for wolfie: Frostpath broke his paw, Treekit was murdered by a rouge named dog and Snowfur is leading a search party for dog... and that's about it.  Vergstar does know about Treekit's death just so you know.  If you look back at the posts you will see why. x3))

Rosetail looked to Frostpath and meowed,  "Yes, but right now I just want you to gently stretch your paw."  Her eyes flickered to Vergestar.  "Hello Vergestar.  Your deputy is doing fine, Featherkit helped replace his old bandage this morning.  I think he has what it takes to be a medicine cat.  As for Frostpath I assume his paw will heal in a moon or so.  It really depends on Starclan and if Frostpath stretches it properly."  She mewed, glancing at the cobwebs covering his paw.  She noticed a few had peeled off.  Rosetail quickly removed these, and made haste to replace them.
