Made my account, then suddenly, im banned! Help.

I made my account, downloaded FH onto my iMac, then i try to log in and it says im banned for 10 months. Why? Help! :(

Well this is odd. Have you played the game before and if so have you been banned on a different account? Or have you done anything that could have got you banned?
But anyway I reccomend reporting this to a mod/admin about this.

Well from what I can see, you haven't even been ingame yet... on this account anyways.
Feel free to PM myself or one of the other staff members and we'll see what we can do about this-- you're not the only person with this problem lately.
