I'm a typical computer geek-type. I'm a network administrator and systems engineer specialist. My field of specialty is within webservers, from back end to front end and everything between. I know php, html, java, c++, shockwave/flash, and various scripting languages (more than what I care to list off). I know computer hardware in finer detail than the average person who knows how to assemble a computer (ever build a processor? You'll learn a greater respect for how they work). I know networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches, hubs, wireless, wiring, ect.) as well as server software (DNS, HTTPd/IIS, windows server, linux, solaris, ircd, SMTP, FTP, SQL, ect). I have my own home server setup, mostly all these skills are self learned, some (very little) from school.
I'm currently a student at Pima Community College; Tucson, Arizona. I'm also a Venus Engineer for The Venus Project. Spare time I spend doing stupid/fun things with friends, such as
driving a suburban through the desert while dragging a car hood like a sled, going out to bars, hiking, parkour, drawing,
hacking (exploring of technology),
toying with electronics (more hacking), and whatever else seems interesting.
I'm not sure what else to include here. But yeah.. hello everyone! I go under the account name of iSnow in-world, feel free to talk to me, I don't know anyone here at all yet.
