Had an old map, accidentally deleted it ^^; sorry bout that, but I'm posting another map soon, one i just created.

Don't worry, a lot of people struggle when it comes to screenshots. c:
Once you've taken a screenshot, you can open up something like paint and hold down Ctrl + V. The whole screenshot will appear, all you need to do is save it and open up tinypic.com (Google). Do everything needed and press the edit button underneath the picture, then re-size if you wish.
Once you've done it, right click the picture and press 'Copy Image URL', then paste it in here and put

Highlight it and press the Picture button.
