Can't log into game

can somebody help I can't log into the game all it said was incorrect password banned for 15 minutes please?

The password is caps sensitive so if you used any form of caps in your password you will have do to it the exact same way you did it when you registered, If you want though you can change your password here on the forums and try to log in then, Just make sure you don't use spaces symbols or caps.

if you use numbers in your password, make sure you're using the numbers above your letter keys and not the ones on the number pad
