.png instead of .jpg?

Well today I was making a preset and I noticed the images were .png instead of .jpg. Is it supposed to be like that? Could that be the reason why my friends (that have the .fhp) cant see me? Thank you for answering. :3

When you save your own preset, it needs to be .JPEG. And the FH files are saved as jpg, you just need to change it when you save it as a different file.
Also, your friends have to download the preset to see it. ~
