can't login (plz help)

well, i haven't made my character or anything. i have checked my username and password -several- times but i can't login to start playing >:(any suggestions? :-\p.s. i have checked other topics but they're all after you make the character

Did you put any spaces in your username or password? If you did and that isn't working, you could try and put _ as a space.

my username is anime_love. do i need to put something different?

You might want to try it without the _ and put instead just a regular space. Also, can you login to the forum with the user and password?

In the top right hand corner it has a place to sign in with your username and password.
