Preset problem

I recently downloaded a preset, (I'm pretty sure I did everything right) it shows up there but I can't export it, when I click the export button nothing happens.

You're in preset maker right? When you click export exit preset maker and click the same number in character creator and it SHOULD show up

And, was your preset made to be edited or just a file so it could be seen in-game? Presets you export or are making should be in a folder in my_presets (the source files). When you click Export, it should save to the Presets folder. T'least this is what works for me.

If it actually wouldn't let you export it (a.k.a the message "Unable to export preset" or "Failed to export") thats means the material file is not matching something. You have to opent that and take one more look. If its a glowing, moving, or transparent, thats most likely why the materialy preset is not working.
