How do you log into the game?

I just got Feral Heart for Mac, and when I try to enter my username and password, it keeps on saying "Incorrect Username or Pasword (5 Failed attempts causes 15 minute ban)" Whats happening? Please help!

First, make sure you're using your username, and not your forum name. Your username is the one you use to sign in. Also, does your password have characters added in from the number pad? If so, change it -- this has been known to interfere with the actual password in the past. And, don't forget; passwords are case-sensitive.
