Cannot use Quotation(have looked on other topics)

I've tried anything there was to fix the issue, but i just can't seem to find it. Roleplaying without quotation marks can be really buggy, and annoying.

Normally My keyboard is set on United States international, i've tried both, Netherlands, and that one to try and fix the issue, even changing the rendering system didn't solve it.

Everytime i try using quotations a big space is between, and no quotation there is.

My keyboard itself is layered as this; http://www.oiepoie.nl/windows/windows-keyboard/keyboard4.png, and honestly i don't how how else to fix the problem. I have to push shift, but even without pushing shift the Big space remains, and i cant have any quotation marks. things such as; ^, ", '. I cannot use them. I can use everything else pretty fine.

DOes anyone have a resolution for this problem? :c

This has to do with the language and keyboard layout on your computer. Usually there is some button or combination of buttons to change the keyboard layout like alt+Shift or Ctrl+Shift I think. Although I warn you it varies for everyones computer. Just try going to your Control Panel on your computer and find the keyboard settings and search for the layout that works best for you. Keep testing it out in game until it works. At least this is the best advice I can offer you because I don't know to much of a solution to fix this problem myself since I've never went through it. Thats the thing, What are the right keyboard settings. Ive tried to search for the right one, but there are plenty of settings and i dont know which is the right one.

P.s: Oki the problem has been solved, i have changed mine to EN -> United states and it seems to solve the issue. thank you!
