I can't log in onto FH...Please Help!!

Ok,so I just made a new account.(I already have one and it worked perfectly fine)I can't log in on the game ''incorrect username or password (5 failed attemps cause 15 minutes ban)''I can log in on the site,but it doesn't let me to log in....PLEASE HELP =]

If you can't log in, make sure you're doing the following and account is as follows:

making sure to log in with the username and password you signed up for
however if this username is really long or has spaces, or symbols, you'll have to make a new one
if your password has numbers or symbols (i don't advise this) make sure you're using the numbers above the letter keys, not the number pad.

can also try just changing your password

Then, did you do what CloudFish instructed you to do? Perhaps changing your password could help.

then like i said, it could be to do with the username. we've had problems with long usernames or ones with spaces or _'s
