There's can be quite a few reasons why a game stops working or is not launching.
But best is really that you try to put some time and though into the steps you take, since it becomes a lot easier to understand what the issue might be. I myself wouldn't suggest installing new video drivers at the first hand, should be more as a last resort if other easier fixes fails, and of course, if even doing so at all, you really, really, should get someone else to do it for you that knows what they are doing.
I will write a simple list of things you should do though so if you want to sort it out you will have most of the information you need to do so, keep in mind though that no one can fix it "for" you here since you are the one in front of the computer. But as long as your computer is newer than the year 2005, you really shouldn't have any issues launching or running the game.
1. Re-download, Re-install
The game might be a bit messed up or screwed over due to changes you have done to the game itself or maybe the installer you used. UNINSTALL the current game by going into "C:\FeralHeart" And removing the whole feralheart folder into your recycle bin. This will remove the current game and resolve any issues that might arrived with the old game. Once you have removed the old folder, download a new installer/game setup from our downloads page, and make sure it's the game setup and not the patch. After it's downloaded, install the game using the new game setup. This solves the issues most of the time.

2. Try changing the rendering modes for the game.
The game can be rendered and displayed on your screen usually in 2 different modes "Direct3D9 Rendering" and "OpenGL Rendering". Some computers are unable to render the game in certain modes, and if so, you might need to change this yourself. If the game doesn't launch up you can do so by opening up a file inside of "C:\FeralHeart" folder, this file is called ogre.cfg. Right click this file and choose "open with" or "select program to open with", then select wordpad.
On the top row it should say either
Render System=OpenGL Rendering Subsystem
or
Render System=Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem
Depending on what it says, change it to the OTHER setting displayed. Once you done so, save the text file and close it, then try to launch the game again and it should be working out for you.
3. Make sure you have the extensions needed to run the game.
Since FeralHeart is more than just a flashgame you run in your browser you might need a few extension to play the game, and if you have issues launching FH it might be that you are missing them. Two very common that some users had issues with and never really had on their computer is "DirectX" and "C++ libraries". Both of which is needed to even run the game.
DirectX Download:

4. Installing Graphic card drivers.
If you still fail to launch the game it's because.
a. You didn't follow the steps above correctly
b. Your graphics card might need a driver update.
c. Your hardware in the computer is simply too old to play the game.
So if B is the case then you can try installing driver updates for your computers graphics card, this is something that should be done by more comfortable computer users since it might require some diddling about, can always ask someone who knows more to help you out as well. I have a very old thread that explains how to do this though, but you do it at your own risk.

Hopefully you manage to work something out though.
