my presets wont work for outher people

i sent them the FHP and it still dosent show my preset to them.am i doing something wrong i texture open in fh then export.is something missing?

If you go to Feralheart--Presets the file should be there. Do not send them the induvidual files, just the one after you exported it. Thats all I can think of right now.

thats what i do.i send them the preset file i exported and it still dosent work for them.but other peoples presets do.i can also download presets and see them.im thinking its a problem with my computer.

Make sure they are putting it in the correct area. 'Tis a good thing to always make sure friends/downloaders are putting it in the right area.
Where is should be placed:
FH > Presets.

Also, make sure your username is all right with the spelling and capitals, or it will not work.
