feralheart.exe has stopped working

hello,
i have i big problem!!!!
when i start the game, then crashed feralheart and its say :feralheart.exe has stopped working (feralheart.exe funktioniert nicht mehr)

Please help me!!!!!!

Well, did you export any maps recently?

maybe i must delete all the files in the export-folder?

I would be careful in deleting anything in your export folder because I'm not certain that the exporting duplicates any files in the exports folder.

Did you go to all the Sky, Objects, and Particles folders? I'd recommend double-checking. If there's just even one of those pesky buggers it'll mess up the whole show.

I am ready, but somehow the game still crached

the server is having issues its not just you. perhaps a data error in the server logs, at this point we don't know. all we know is most anyone who tries to go to fluorite crashes and there are quite a few custom maps that are being effected. my thoughts are a basic file is being changed server side, don't know for sure but if say a file that needs to be on both ends is changed on one end and not the other it would make a critical error that can crash people. however im not sure if this is effecting everyone, and if it isn't then that's not the issue. at this point we just got to wait and see what everyone is going to say and what the mods are gonna do. nothing we can do but play mine craft or second life or guild wars or something till there done, i will likely jump on world of tanks and blow sum stuff up till they fix this.

Hey Lisa! I may have a solution for you. I had the very same problem, but I solved it by uninstalling the game and install it again on an external harddrive and it worked again.
