I dunno what exactly I'm going to say, but I'll try to get the point across coherently.
I think a couple minigames, such as 'tag' would be a quick implementation to give a little more things to do instead of just hanging out and/or RPing.
My example of tag would essentially follow these guidelines:
1. A User initiates an invite to said minigame. (this can be limited to groups, friends, or public)
2. Users who wish to join must click on the player who send out the invite and a bubble would pop up that says "Join Minigame?" With Options yes or no.
3. Said Mini-game would have a limit to how many people can play. Once that limit was reached the game would begin. If not enough people joined to meet the limit the game would start after a pre-set time countdown (2 minutes or so)
4. The Mini-game would begin by transfering all the players to a designated map (picture an arena).
5. After a 10 second countdown the game would begin.
6. If said mini-game were tag, the person who initialized the game would be 'it' at first.
7. That user would have to try to 'touch' another player to make them it.
8. the game would have a time limit and who ever had not been it by the end of the game could get a 'win.' (otherwise a stat point that was added to that character's biography section.
So that is my basic idea. If anyone can think of another minigame they think would be interesting, feel free to comment.
