Use lower settings or delete d3d9.dll.

Ah, that feature was removed, let me edit the main post. Blocky characters have always been a problem with this mod. I still can't work out what causes it, because it doesn't happen to me.

Bro, I'm going to take a conjecture (and mind you, this is just a conjecture) that it's because they have your ENB installed, but don't simultaneously have your character realism mod; I have both installed, and I never get the blocky characters issue. It seems like a logical conclusion to me.

Austin, could you perchance try installing the character realism mod and seeing if that's the case? The mod is here: http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=31650.0 also, don't forget to back up your files before making any changes.
