Not working?! Please help!!!

I've tried and tried but I cant get onto mt FH! I've re-downloaded more than two times and I am stuck on what I should do! I have a mac if that helps.

How long did you wait? Did you restart your computer? I'll ask my dad tomorrow on how i can help but how many stuff do you have on your computer?

A couple of minutes, and I did restart my computer. Twice. And I have tons of stuff on my computer. Deleting things I dont need.

Yes, you need to wait quite a while, be patient. I did have to wait an hour once, but after that, it worked for a long time. Then like i said, it happened again.

When you redownload, you need to make sure you delete any old feralheart downloads, or else it will not work.

Oh dear this same exact thing happened to me on a Mac (2 years old or so.) Except that when I clicked on it it bounced once and disappeared right away
